Bubbles over Tando chipboards

This fun baby page was made by me as a Guest designer for Quick Quotes paper company. But as you know- I can't live without chipboards, so I add them all the time and I sure added some here.
This clouds and sin were covered with waterbased paints from Creative Inspirations Paint company and then , still wet, I heated them with my heat gun. And as you do it- you get those fantastic bubbles that add texture and an interest to our chippies.

Products used are from those sets

Halloween?!

As you can see my Calendar album is nearly finished, this is October!

The feature date of October is, of course, 31st Halloween or All-Hallows Eve.   Lots of traditions, Christian and otherwise, connected to the day best know today the dressing up party so many Children join in with.

The little bat and numbers coloured with DI direct to paper, the web is white lined and just decorated with glitter glue.

Focus on Advent Calendars part 5

Another stunner here from Linda, isn't this adorable.  Linda has painted it green and then used green glitter glue over the top.  All the embellies were either painted or coloured with promarkers and more glitter glue has been used.....fabulous.  I love the snowy look to the base too......so effective.

Pop over to Linda's blog post here for more details.

12 Days of Christmas tags

Many papercrafters look forward to Tim Holtz's 12 Tags of Christmas at this time of year. I used a Tando lantern on my take on Day 9's tag this year. I think it makes a lovely festive accent with just a bit of bling and evergreen foliage!

Full details of materials etc available in this post on my blog if anyone would like them.

Shine a light

Little hand made calendars are very popular at the moment.   Fun to make they are great gifts.    This one is steampunk themed a style that lends itself to textures, layers and shapes.

The Tando Lantern has a backing of yellow cellophane and the chipboard coloured with Sakura glitter pen.    The Lock plate and the key were blasted with Glimmer mist and then touched with Viva Ferro.

Full details of this project can be seen on my blog.

Mini 3D Sleigh

Helloooo....how cute is this little sleigh?  I found a sturdy little box that was just the right size so that I could make it 3D...how lucky was that?  I also found that its the perfect size to fit some After Eight chocolates in to go on the dinner tabe at Christmas :-D

The sleigh has been covered with BG papers and the runners & flourishes painted gold with some glitter added.  I just love this gorgeous snowflake that I have put on the back...

Oh and if you are wondering about the size here is the sleigh again with the international size gude hahaha!

Here are the products I used...

Hope you like this little table decoration, HUGS, Karen x

Spring time

Hi, here is another of my calendar pages.   This time it is the May page, no special date this time just butterflies.

I am so sorry that it was not possible to get a better picture of the butterflies.  There were stamped and embossed with a flourish design and then coloured with Sakura Glitter Pens.    The top one is white lined Tando, the bottom one has been coloured on the plain unlined chipboard.   In real life both toppers really sparkle.

Time for Tando masks

This big altered project was made because of Tando.. Actually, because of this Clock mask I got and never used. So I decided to make this Time for.. mini album in a box and this mask is the major part of it..
We can only see it when we open this box.. So here it is- full of grace!
There arfe 8 pages inside- not all done with Tando, so I will show you those that  were made with our products.
Here you can see it half opened, with the clock mask

The mini album cover was made with Circles mask
Here is a photo of the mini inside the box
And now a few more pages with Tando products

If you want to see all the rest- you are welcome to my blog
And here are the products used here

Wings

Di sent out some of her new design's recently, great to have new shapes to play with.

This canvas uses her Wings and Hearts set and there are still more wings and hearts left over.   Just love how these pieces fell into the curvy female shape so easy to work out what to do.

The separate wings, the heart and the smaller paired wings were embossed in a folder and the Big Shot.   The larger wings at rest have been stamped, heat embossed and coloured with glitter gel pens.   The embossed pieces coloured with metallic rub on paste and then touched over the top with a contrast.    The same paste pushed through the cogs mask directly onto the canvas.

Lots of other new designs  being introduced regularly check out the stockist list above to find out where you can discover them
