Hello! Karen here with the 2nd of our INCHIE posts this week. You get 20 in a pack for under £2 ...a bargain! I have used mine to decorate a little wooden box. I recently went to see an exhibition by the textile guru Kaffe Fasset and he was the inspiration for the colourway that I chose.
The box and the INCHIES have been painted with acrylic and the inchies have been randomly stamped with a flourish and Stazon. The whole box was then given a coat of PaperArtsy Gloss Glaze to provide a slight sheen and raised dots were added with a gloss gel pen.
For more pictures please look on my blog HERE. Look out for more inchies here tomorrow, Take Care xxx

Inchies week with Irit
Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to our Inchies week. Irit is here again with my new weekly project.
For my project this week I decided to make a card and a matching box with just stamped inchies and embellished with those adorable Tando people shapes.
I added smaller people shapes over the card and bigger ones over the box. All chipboard people were inked with Clearsnap inks and just air dried. Very easy project and still looks modern and interesting.

Spooky Card for Autumn Colours
I made a card for our Autumn Colours this week:
I've sprayed some card with ink through the ~{Stripes Mask}~ and added some ink splats then wrapped some fibre around it.
The ~{Pumpkin Minis}~ have been painted with acrylic paint and doodled on. I've stuck black card onto the back for effect and stuck them in place with silicone glue. I've finished off with some lettering.

Autumn Colors Canvas
Hey there Tando Fans!!! It's Kerri here with a great little project share using some great Tando goodies!!!
This is a 5"x7" canvas board. I used my Shimmerz Texturez, Meri-Gold Digger and Artie-Choked, to create the background along with the Tando Mask - Oblong Square Long. The Owl was colored with Faber-Castell Big Brush Markers and then I put two layers of clear UTEE over it. The green leaf at the bottom was colored with two layers of spruce green UTEE, the other leaf was colored with copper Viva Decor Ink Gold. The chipboard letters are from The Paper Studio and I painted them with red acrylic paint and then coated them with red poppy UTEE. (Painting them before coating them with UTEE definitely makes a difference.)
If you have any questions or want to see any techniques just ask and I can do a tutorial for you :)
Here are pictures of and links to the Tando Products that I used:
I hope you enjoyed my project and that I have inspired you all to buy some awesome Tando Goodies over at their retail store :)

Autumn Colours - Little Canvas
I've had a little pack of hardboard canvases forever and a day and I finally cracked open the packaging and worked with one!
To tie in with this weeks theme of Autumn Colours I thought Kaz Boughton's mask - Tree and Leaves would create the ideal scene for showcasing those glorious autumnal colours.
Apples are from my tree! |

Tree and Leaves |
I used Distress Ink to colour the main parts of the design and then used some Viva Decor 3D Glitter Gel to create some 3d effects for the leaves and apples.
Autumn is my very favourite season, I love all the colours in nature at this time of year, don't you?!

Autumn Colours: Animal Attraction by Katy Leitch
Autumnal colours are my absolute favourite to work with - I love natural shades and kraft card, which is perfect for this time of year!
After stamping a woodgrain background onto my tag, I used the Tall Leaves chipboard shapes as a mask and sprayed over them with various ink sprays in warm tones. After spritzing I worked some Distress Ink in Scattered Straw over the leaf shapes to blend them in a little.
I painted the squirrels (from Squirrel Woodland) with Frayed Burlap Distress Paint and edged them with a little touch of darker ink. The card is finished with a die cut heart, letter stickers and twine.
I hope you like my quirky card!

Autumn colors with Irit
Hello my dear crafty friends!
Irit is here today with my new Fall inspiration.
I love fall, also we don't have this real fall in Israel. We just have two seasons: summer and a very hot summer. But then I was born in Russia and there we had all those falling leaves and fantastic fall colours. So this project is made with my childhood memories: colours and smell and a lot of falling leaves around.
I made this frame with a mix of distress inks and some embossing powders and my leaves were painted with FC gelatos and covered with glaze. The book plate was also inked and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. The background paper and the title sticker are from PHP.
Tando products used for this project:
Minis leaves 3
Scalloped nested rectangles
Mini book plate

Christmas Tree Book
Hello, its Karen here today and I am revisiting an old project that did way back in 2010 :D Tando has been doing a lot of retail shows lately and there has been a lot of interest in the CHRISTMAS TREE BOOK. It has 4 pages of shaped chipboard and stands at 24cm high. It can be a freestanding piece as I have done here or made into a lovely book full of Christmas Memories.
Please bear in mind this was decorated before we had the lovely Tando Mini's to play with and if I did this now they would be included!
Each page has been covered with patterned paper with a layer of gesso to dull down the colours a little. Snow effect paste & glitter applies round the edges. Then the book was put together with a Bind It All.
Page 1
I hand cut 2 trees in 2 sizes from green card and attached to the centre 'fold', adding a red pot. The tree was decorated with tiny stamped, coloured & cut out parcels and gems. I wrapped some tiny Christmas Lights around it to add some more dimension and added a quote.
Page 2
The snowman has been made from felt, with a fabric scarf. Punched out snowflakes and a quote have been added.
Page 3
A pretty Tando REINDEER SMALL RUNNING has been painted and added to die-cut trees, along with a few teensy white pom-poms and another quote.
Page 4
I made little fabric stockings with the felt tops and glued them on. Then teensy pom-poms were added to the toes. A stamped Father Christmas was coloured, cut out & added to the page, along with the quote. Here is the book as it comes to you...
Lots of dimension going on with this piece and it looks lovely on the Christmas table :D I have used a lot of fabric and stamping here to decorate it but why don't you go and take a look at our Christmas Section where you will find mini stocking, parcels, snowflakes etc to decorate yours!
Thank you for looking today, HUgs xxx

Free For All - Decorate a Cake!
I love how versatile stencils/mask are! I baked a chocolate cake for my son before he headed back to Uni this week, and I knew one of the Tando Creative masks would be an ideal way to decorate the cake.
I used the Andy Skinner-Sunburst mask on this cake, although any of the masks would leave a fab design! All you do is wait for the cake to cool completely, and then place the mask on top of the cake and sprinkle on some icing sugar. Remove the mask and you are left with the design. Love it!

If you like the look of this Devil's Food Chocolate Cake then pop on over to my blog where I have posted the recipe. It really is delish!

Free for all with Irit: Travel Memories journal
It's still very hot summer here in Israel, but the smell of fall is all over the world. So I made this Travel Memories Journal cover(and the journal too, but empty yet) with all fall colors with some Tando new chipboards and a very new delicious mask.
I Used Memories title as a part of my journal title; covered it with paint and crackle clear medium to get this vintage look.
And some close- ups too
The round frame was covered with a mix of inks to get this dark colour, then heat embossed with a bit of clear embossing ink and then covered with clear crackle paint.
The masked letters from Letters mask were made with texture paste and totally randomly over the paper and just a part of them are seen.

Fall Mixed Media Board
Hi Tando fans! Dana here today sharing a fall themed Mixed Media Board for the Free For All theme this week. Fall is my favorite season and I'm looking forward to watching the leaves change color, baking delicious apple and pumpkin flavored treats and spending time at the local orchards.
I primed this 80mm x 116mm Mixed Media Board with gesso and then added color with Gelatos. I then stamped and embossed leaves. I finished this board with a small flower cluster, a piece from the Leaf branch with 3 Loose Leaves and layered sticker sentiment
Thanks for stopping by today! You can pick up the chipboard I used for this project from the Tando Creative Retail Shop.

Free For All Necklace.
For this week's Free For All I knew I wanted to use part of the ~{Leaf and Swirl Pendant Design}~ I just didn't know how or what colours!
I had a good rummage through my beads and found this crackle, foiled glass disc and went from there.
I first went with the Paperartsy Crackle paint, but the crackles were too tiny so I gave the pendant another coat of Bora Bora paint and when this was dry, used PVA glue and black paint. This gave the effect I wanted. The best thing about Tando chipboard is that it coped perfectly with me smoothering it with loads of products! No warping or splitting at all.
Once that was dried I applied Glossy Accents all over including the sides - this had to be done in stages, but it's worth the effort as it gives it a lovely finish.
Here's a close-up of the crackle:
I've connected everything with gunmetal coloured findings and black waxed cord.
