HEART HORSESHOE

Hello everyone, its Karen here!!!  I have been playing with the HEART HORSESHOE.  Now my first thought was that its for weddings but of course it isn't is it?  It could be used as a gift for a horselover, someone moving to a new home or as a decoration for your own home!  Anyway, I decided just to decorate it to hang somewhere.  Here is what it looks like before...

I covered the horseshoe & the hearts in a pinkish paper and then went over with Victorian Velevt DI.  I made more holes around the shoe & threaded organza ribbon through them.  I added paper roses on top.  For the hearts I glued some pearl edging round.  I then threaded on 2 long pieces of organza ribbon & threaded 2 pearl ribon sliders on where the rbbons cross.  I tied the top with a knot.  I would have threaded pearl beads onto the ends of the ribbon if I had had them haha.

I have chosen to make this girly but you really can do anything to decorate this piece!  Thank you for looking, HUGS XXX
