Steampunk hearts

This little frame has been waiting since May for inspiration to strike, well about an hour after getting this great set of Tando chipboard pretty much knew what it would look like.

Chipboard went through the Cuttlebug cogs folder and embossed a dream. Nick Bentock inks, not available now but they blend just like DIs. A little matallic rub and buff over the raised areas highlighting the machanical theme. Clock parts, pearls, feathers, buttons and bows.
