Hi everyone Dee here today with my first post for the
 Tando/Stampendous week.

I started with 3x Tando mixed media boards as they are amazing.
Lovely Laura Weed sent me these lovely stamps in one of my amazing
packages that I have received from them.
For those of you that are familiar with my art would recognise that these would
appeal to me. The amazing spider stencil I think is my absolute favourite
he is just so perfect.
I painted my media boards with Deco art chalky finish paint as these can
be sanded back to give a fabulous surface for stamping onto.
Next I used black staz-on ink to stamp the images onto
the media boards.
White crackle paste was put through the Dreamweaver Spider &
Bat stencil also used Snowflake cascade on the back.
Once dry and cracked, I used black antiquing cream to highlight
the texture.
This stamp is brilliant it reminds me of films I have watched
set in New Orleans can't remember the name of it though.
A back view all attached with brass hinges & little bit of gold
embossing.

Products used
  1. Tando products used:- 3 x Mixed Media Boards 74mm x 138mm, Deco art :- Media Antiquing: Carbon Black, Fluid Acrylics: Transluscent White.

Well that's it from me for today i will be back through the week on both here and the Stampendous blogs so don't forget to pop beck and on Friday join in the blog hop for a chance to win some lovely goodies.
Cheers Dee x

Hi Gez here, delighted to be sharing a creation with you today using the [Straight edged arch]

I created a background by collaging random pieces of paper on to the chipboard arch adding thin layers of acrylic paint after stamping and embossing the arch with the gorgeous [Cityscape] stamp designed by mixed media artist Nathalie Kalbach.

This stamp will be available from [Tando Creative] in the UK[Stampendous]
have a fullist of stockists around the world on their website.

To create the stars I used the [Hippy Chick Mask] by Andy Skinner

A Skinner Stencil/Mask - Hippy Chick

by first applying a thick layer of texture paste then a layer of  [Frantage Jewel Kit: Silver]

 Oh my goodness, how yummy!

The stars were then outlined with a black watercolour pencil to add depth. I hope you like my project. Thank you for looking and leaving a comment if you get the chance.
