New releases!

Hellooo!  We launched some new releases at the Craft Barn Extravaganza last weekend which will be on general release now.  They were 3 clocks with mechanisms and all very different.  Some of the other designers at show decorated some and I am sure that pics will follow.  These are the ones that I decorated...

Summer colors and our cruise vacation

Hello, my dear Tando friends1 Irit is here again and this is my lo for our Summer colors week.
Summer is here, sure it is here in Israel and this is my Tando inspiration for the Summer colours week.
Also my summer colors here are a bit mute, it's a real summer cruise photos and nautic colors after all.
So today I am going to show you my new vacation scrapbooking page, using Tando chippies as my title base. I used the Rainbow chipboard, but  I actually made my  whole title over it. Then I added  my most beloved compass  chipboard that is so great for any vacation page.
Don't you like my title? It's all about food during our summer cruise.

Craft Barn Extravaganza

Well.....what a fabulous weekend.  It was a bit tense on Saturday morning as Karen and I had to get the demo area set up and I had to shoot off at 9.15 to go and take a workshop but we did it....phew!!

Anyhoo, here are some pictures of the lovely ladies in my workshop and their finished plaques and then some photos of the demo area. 

Our samples were extremely admired by everyone that came in, thanks to my wonderful design team that worked so hard to get the samples made :)

Summer Colours Week

Things are changing slightly on the Tando Creative blog.....each week we will be having some themed days as well as the usual fabulous posts from our design team.

We will also be featuring projects using our products that I have found scouring around the internet.

This week will also see the announcement of our new Design Team members......how exciting!!  Thank you so much for all the wonderful entries.....we have got a huge task ahead of us....I wish we could take on everyone!!

If you are visiting the Craft Barn this week-end lookout for Di and Karen who are womaning the Tando Stand.    Lots of new goodies to see and some old favourites, Di asked us all to make up Red White and Blue themed projects for the stand.  Well this is a very special year for the Island of Great Briton with lots to celebrate.    Here are the Button Cards I've contributed.

Buttons coated with EP on plain board and board first painted with Gesso

Buttons coloured with Viva paint stamped with glue and gilding flakes applied

Buttons covered with paper napkin

Buttons coloured with Dye ink pads, some embossed with an embossing folder and touched with gilding wax.

And now for my page: I can't help myself from scrapping my adorable grandson Omer and this is another page for his album.
Tando Creative Angel title was just so perfect for out little angel baby. I also added a pair of   wings and then I finally used my chipboard buttons. 2 of them were covered with red fabric and hand cut  around (not easy, but possible), 3 more were glittered.

I also added a heart button over the wings.
