and " topping". This tutorial was made for Ideas for scrapbookers blog and I used some Tando Creative chipboards for examples. You can read a full tutorial here and as you can see the chipboards can be " dressed up" in so many unique ways - the sky is the limit.
I used this cartoon chick with acrylic paints and small beads and the anchor chipboard with acrylic paint and sea sand.
