Ice queen!

I decided to use the separate snowflake flourish that comes in the set with the {snowflake plaque} to make a wintery brooch. I think this would look great on a dark winter coat or even jazzing up a fabric bag.

The "icicle" base is cut from a freebie CD and I used silver UTEE on the snowflake flourish, rubbing turquoise Perfect Pearls onto it while it was still warm.

A little sprinkling of silver micro beads finishes it off.

Full details of materials and colours etc are in {this post} on my blog if anyone would like more details! Thanks for stopping by today!
