Altered frame with Tando flourish

I  think I am deeply in love with those Tando fluorishes, and this is my second time this month I used the

same one..LOL

But it's so great to add it over your piece of work- it just gives  you a right final touch
 you need. So this simple  Ikea frame was the piece I altered here- all flowers are my own homemade ones and Tando Flourish 3 was just glittered a bit and not even painted here.   A perfect touch for this
