Blue Eyed Boy

One of my favourite photos of my wee boy. Took me ages to scrap though as could never find the right papers to use, until I saw Echo Park's Summer Days - perfect!
I have used a couple of stars from the Tando rab bag of stars, which have been coloured with ProMarkers with some Kaisercraft rhinestones added

Home Sweet Home

I have coloured the words with a brown ProMarker and covered the shapes with Prima papers. I have attached them to a 6x6 sheet of chipboard. The tiny birdcages have been stamped on paper and attached.

Flutterby

I have used Echo Park Candy Shoppe papers for this layout. The Tando chipboard butterlies have had the sequin waste mask laid over them and sprayed with Mica Mist and have also used Mica mist with the Heart Flourish Mask.

Somewhere over the rainbow...

This is my very new interactive page with Wizard of Oz inspiration.
I made this interactive book on the lo with  some wishes  for my girls and this Tando Scalloped square was just   a  perfect  frame    for my daughters photo  and actually it's the major element on my page.
I painted it with Ranger's crackled paint and embellished with some flowers on the corner..
The inner part of this book has no Tando products- but I still want you to see the wishes- so I add it opended too, just for an inspiration.

I just love- love- love those frames sets- need more of them- lol..
And here is the frame - I used the largest size on my page

Corners

For a challenge this week I've chosen to use Tando Flourish 7 as my frame.   Cream linen card stamped with images from Andy Skinner's back to Nature set using DI, Adirondack and Colour box Chalk ink.   The flourishes coloured with DI Vintage Photo and Rusty Hinge, and then coated with Glossy Accents Crackle.    The TH bird stamped with Adirondack Espresso onto rainbow coloured vellum.   The vellum is layered under and over the Tando pieces.

Used a new to me glue to attach everything, Eco Green.   Have fallen in love with everything about this glue from the dispensing top to the easy of putting glue where you want it and then the quick dry to a good firm hold.   Even with these flourishes which are quite narrow the glue spreads neatly and does not run all over the place.   talking of challenges, have you seen the New Tando Creative Challenge?   It is a monthly challenge started this month with some cool prizes.   Full details on the challenge site.

Flourish 7 SmallThese flourishes come in packs of two and in two sizes.

At 21 frame with Tando gate to enter the future

This whole project was done around this Tando chipboard  named  Large Iron gate. First I got a gate, then I thought about it as  a gate for the future and then I decided to make this altered, from  old bookboards folded frame , with my DD photos at 21. Also Israeli legal age is 18, 21  is a bit more symbolic  and makes them " legal" all over the world...
Not much to explain here- just  get inspired by Tando gate covered with flowers and leaves and  think about this piece as the base for a lot of  nature projects you can craft.

And just a look to the inside of this project..

The gate is covered with a bit, not too much, of Ranger crackle Picket Fence paint.
And here is the gate I used on this project

I hope you got the inspiration from this piece and this gate is avalable in small size too..
And one more project- the card I made using my beloved birdies from the Bird  on the Branch grab bag- covered with 3D Glossy Accents  after some slight inking and with a bit of Enamel Ranger paint over it

And the grab bag of those birds- I need the new one- that's how much I love those chips!

Just a Summer's day

Never happier than messing about with stamps and inks and stuff.   So creating this watercolour board hanging was an afternoon of pleasure.

The Tando butterfly makes a great feature in this hazy summer garden.   Used Adirondack dabbers to colour which Tando accepts with is usual good grace no warping or floppiness even on the most delicate curls of the antenna.
