Anything Goes........

Helloooooooooo,

I have a wall hanging for you today made from an upturned insert from the arabian style layered arch .....

Lots of fun to make and build up. I have put the top two pictures up as the flash shows stenciling and gloss better in the first picture and the non-flash picture picks up the crackle nicely.

Here is what I used.....

Arabian style Layered Arch Frame

 Floral Grab Bag

Tall Leaves - set of 4

A Skinner Stencil/Mask - Sunburst

If you fancy playing along with any of our themes this month we would love to see what you come up with. Please feel free to share your makes through the linky tool at the top of the page. You will be entered in the monthly draw and be in with the chance of winning some fab Tando goodies.

Many Thanks for popping by and leaving a comment if you feel you would like to.

Hugs

Anything Goes by Dee

Hi everyone I hope you are well and enjoying the summer.
I have a media board for you today.
I coloured a media board with chalky based paint and then
sprayed with colour spray's.
I used the floral grab bag, tall leaves and Flourish 5.
These were painted with deco art media paint and gold embossed.
Small clock faces were stamped onto card coloured and covered
 in crackle accents.
The dragon fly was stamped onto the media board and embossed.
I stamped the dragon fly onto distress coloured card and cut out.
Everything was glued into place and bead embellishments were used
to finish off the dragon fly.
PRODUCTS USED

Autumn Colours: Animal Attraction by Katy Leitch

Autumnal colours are my absolute favourite to work with - I love natural shades and kraft card, which is perfect for this time of year!

After stamping a woodgrain background onto my tag, I used the Tall Leaves chipboard shapes as a mask and sprayed over them with various ink sprays in warm tones. After spritzing I worked some Distress Ink in Scattered Straw over the leaf shapes to blend them in a little.

I painted the squirrels (from Squirrel Woodland) with Frayed Burlap Distress Paint and edged them with a little touch of darker ink. The card is finished with a die cut heart, letter stickers and twine.

I hope you like my quirky card!

Tag Week - Turning Over A New Leaf

Hi Tando fans! Dana here today sharing my project for the Tag theme this week. I had a lot of fun with gesso, acrylic paint, a favorite stamp, book pages, and masking tape when building up and coloring the background of my tag.

I painted a Tall Leaf with the same supplies I used for the tag background. As I was adding the leaf to the finished tag, it was blending with the background a little too much, so I decided to turn the leaf over and have the less busy underside facing up. I'm figuratively and literally turning over a new leaf with this piece!

Nature around mini book:Garden week

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to Tando Garden week.
Irit is here and this time I made a wooden mini album with  my cover full of Tando  chipboards .
I call this mini album Nature call and as this is all about nature I used leaves from Leaves mini chipboards set and a Bird on a branch on another corner.

All Tando pieces are covered with a mix of embossing powders to make this mixed coloured look of my leaves and a solid coloured look of the bird and the branch.

I hope you got  some fall inspiration and see you again soon!

Masks Week - Leaves

Hi Tando fans! Dana here today sharing an ATC that I created for the Masks theme this week. In addition to the fabulous chipboard, Tando also has a wonderful selection of masks/stencils made from durable, washable plastic! I used the beautiful Leaves Mask for the background of this card along with my favorite base, a Tando Artist Trading Card and a vintage book page. If you're serious about ATCs, I highly recommend the Tando ATCs for their strength and durability. You can really pile on the wet mediums and embellishments without having to worry about the card falling apart.

I colored a piece from the Tall Leaves Set with ink and then added a coat of glaze for a glossy finish. I've been wanting to use this sassy frog stamp for some time now and I think he looks right at home with all the leaves! The fun quote is from Toni Braxton. =)

Thanks for stopping by today!
