3D week - A4 Wallet Store

Storage is always a problem, especially in a craft room :D  So...how useful is this one??????  I have made up this very-easy-to-do *WALLET STORE* .  It is incredibly sturdy and will hold magazines easily and because you decorate it yourself you can really go to town!

Once joined together and painted I added some painted embellishments.  Who can resist the *WHIMSICAL HOUSES *  and those *CURLY TREES* are so pretty!!!!!  Had to add a few little *BIRDS* to finish off. 

At the moment this wallet store is only available with the Round Box which looks like this...

But still a very good price for the two.

ATC WEEK!

Gosh!  its been a while since I made an ATC!!!  But it is nice to go back to something I used to do a lot of :-)  Tando sell chipboard ATC's (amongst a host of other items) which can take a lot of abuse!!!!  Here is my effort...

The base has been painted with mauve paint and then PaperArtsy Crackle applied before the coat of blue.  I just love this crackle as it works every time!  The branches are from Tando's MINI BIRDS & BRANCHES pack and have been painted up and stuck under the JOFY birds.  Some doodling and trimming finishes it off.

I use these little birds a lot in my crafting, they are fabulous to have in your stash...

Black and Blue week

Hello its Karen here today.  BLACK and BLUE is an interesting combination of colours isn't it?  You can vary it so much by using lighter or darker tones.  I have gone with darker tones with a little 2inch square canvas to show you.  I have incorporated a little bird and branch from a grab bag...one of my favourite Tando products.

I have used Distress Inks throughout, even on the chipboard bird and branch.  It covers really well!  I couldn't do a Night without a Day to go with it.  You can find that one on my blog *HERE*.  Do pop by again tomorrow for some more Black and Blue, HUGS, Karen x

The Birds ....

Not very Hitchcock like really, that was a scary film.

We are focusing this week on some of the Bird, Bug and Animal shapes there are in Tando.  The bird shapes are amoung my favourites.  2 different packs provided the birds here.  The arches are also Tando.

SONG BIRD FLY card!

Hellooo!  After all the Christmasy colours I really felt like getting my different paints out & just making something fairly bright :-D  This 14x14cm card has been Tando'd hahaha!!!

For the background I used the Music Mask with some DI.  The cage & bird have been sprayed with shimmer mists and the scroll, which I used for the branch, was sprayed with plain spraymist.
