Easter baskets

Angela at Angel Crafts has made this gorgeous Easter basket, I just love the spring colours, those birds and all those ribbons...fabulous.  These baskets are so versatile and very strong too.

Home Heart Wall Hanging

Another lovely creation from SJ with her version of our home heart wall hanging.....fantastic work.

SJ has used Cosmo Cricket papers and added some buttons and ribbon.  The letters and engraved tree plaque have been watercoloured....and yes, the chippie can take watercolour.

Beautiful Birdhouse

Angela over at Angel Crafts has done a fabulous job on one of our Birdhouses.  Just take a look at this!  She has used the new Kaisercraft papers which are gorgeous aren't they.  And can you spy one of Karen's multi loop frames there too....perfect finishing touch.

Sew Simple Bag Charm

Last week Karen made a ~{canvas}~ using the large Sew Simple Set and I have had a play with the small set, turning them into a bag charm.

I painted everything with Pearl Acrylic Paint and then added a doodle border around them. I stuck some fabric onto the dress form and frayed the edges. I added a bit of paint onto the handle of the scissors and tied some thread around the cotton reel before adding Glossy Accents. As I was making a bag charm and didn't want to start punching holes in the sewing machine, I covered a card circle in the same fabric and stuck the machine onto that.



I've used eyelets, beads, chain and ribbon to decorate and attach them onto a split ring, then hung it onto my sewing tote.

Our lovely Karen made this gorgeous Christmas card for the March competition using our holly wreath.  I have to say, that stamp is gorgeous too isn't it!  Fantastic work Karen.

Basket Case

Here is a basket that I decorated for Mothers Day....that was ages ago now wasn't it!  These baskets are very versatile to be honest and could be used for all sorts of occasions.

I did mine as a design team project so I have used a few Fiskars products on this as well as lots of paint...I do love using paint.  You can find more details and photos for this HERE.
