Black and Gold Christmas Card
Hi Tando fans! Dana here today sharing a card for the Black and Gold theme this week. I applied black rub-ons to a piece of gold cardstock for a festive card base.
I then adhered this layered snowflake, that I topped with a Mini Star that I painted gold, for a bit of dimension. This card was quick and easy to put together! There are 25 pieces in the package of Mini Stars, so you could send handmade greetings to everyone on your list and still keep the cost low!
Thanks for stopping by today!

Black and Gold Tree card
I made another quick and easy Christmas card for our black and gold week(I'm stubbornly refusing to spend too long on cards!):
I've painted one of the ~{Brush Stroke Trees}~ with black acrylic paint then stamped and embossed with gold powder including the star.
I doodled a border and stuck the tree on, finishing off with a greeting stamp.

| Create your own masquerade ball mask using a Tando stencil |
This is a paper mache type mask so ideal for painting onto. I used the Tando Creative Andy Skinner - Sunburst mask to create the effect with some Gold Viva Decor Ferro. Its not a quick process because you have to apply the design a bit at a time, but it creates a good effect.

Quick Christmas cards...
Hellooooo! If you are stuck for an idea for 'batch making' your Christmas cards try something like this! They are quick and easy for a 'production line' hahahahaha!!! This one is Black & Gold to fit our topic this week. Sorry that the sparkle doesn't show up that much :-(
I have used the Tando STEAMPUNK CHRISTMAS TREE MASK for mine but there are other Christmasy masks available as well! Simply take some black card and cover it with some Sparkly Clear Glitter paint. When dry spread some Sparkle Medium through the mask.
I have also done some that have a dry-brush painty background to add more colour. Using different colour mediums took some of theboredom chore out of making so many cards!!!
These really do look striking in real life.
The Steampunk Christmas Tree Mask...
For this Christmas masks and lots of other goodies do pop over *here* for a browse, there is loads to wet your crafting appetite plus we have some new releases very soon!!!! HUGS, Karen

Christmas Baubles card
I'm finishing up Christmas week and I've made another card:
I painted 3 baubles from the ~{Small Bag of Baubles}~ with acrylic paint, blending to create shading. Once dry, I doodled the borders, added Glossy Accents and stuck some tinsel around the middle. Once this was dry I added some highlights using white pen.
They have been stuck to the card on top of a snowflake swirl stamp and a greeting stamp added.
If you don't count the drying time (which I don't) it's a quick and simple card!
