Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to our Clock week.
And if we are talking Clock and Time, what can be better then to use this Bible versus of " Season for everything" and to make a whole altered mini book? This is a kind if " never finished" project, or at least I still have about 12 pages to add to this one. I used this " There is a season for everything" Bible quote and I am just in a process of it. I only made the cover and about 4 pages, but the concept is to add more and more Mixed Media pages to this self- made with Bind-It-All project (it opens from the top and from both sides and the reason I used the huge wire on the top is that it will be very fat after I finish it all.
As you can see that Tando huge chipboard clock is the main part of it here.
The Zutter acrylic 8*8 cover was stamped all over and I added this Tando Creative fantastic clock chipboard. The lower cover was painted with Tim Holtz distress stains, stamped with Unity clock stamp and then I added some bubble wrap white paint stamping.
I made just 4 pages for now (will add more in time, maybe one a month)
The pages I made are Time to love, time for peace, time to plant and time to sew. I didn't make all
" bad" things yet (like time to die?) and I am not sure I will in the future.
So here are some of the pages made with Tando goodies (not all of them have chipboards, but a part)
Here is my Time to Plant with Tando leaves and a butterfly over it
And time for Peace page with Tando dove as a symbol for peace
And the background and front only- as all pages are clear, so it's hard to see them clearly.
I promise to share more pages made with Tando goodies when they are done.
Hope I inspired you a bit and now just get yourself great clock chipboard from the store and make your own crazy projects.

Tag Week by Kaz
I hope you have enjoyed the gorgeous tags the girls have made this week. I think you can safely say we all love tags!!
Here is mine:
I started off by using some texture paste through the ~{Harlequin Mask}~ and, once it was dried, I've used Fresco paints in layers to show the varying texture. It's hard to see, but I also used the dots from the base of Neil Walker's ~{Fish Mask}~ down the left side.
Next I've painted 2 flowers from the ~{Flowers with Stems Grab Bag}~ and 3 butterflies from the ~{Mini Butterflies Pack}~ all with Fresco paints as they work so well with the chipboard and you only need one coat! I've stamped dots onto the butterflies and doodled on them all to add details.
I finished off with a quote and lots of ribbons.

Is your bobbin full?
It seems ages since I made a tag...so naughty of me as I really like making them. Its TAG week which pleases me and I have used the small sewing set for my tag.
Lots of paint and stamping has been thrown at this, along with some fabric, trimming and lace! Doesn't it look like I embossed the chipboard? I didn't, its a lace stamp using Brilliance ink!
Here is the Sewing set from Tando nekkid...you get a lot in this set and the chipboard is TOP quality!!!

You are my cup of tea (coffee?) tag
Hello my dear crafty friends! Irit is here again for our Tag week.
Since my school days I remember this " not my cup of tea" saying, but I don't like tea (also Earl Grey one is great if you have a common cold), so I used this stamped sentiment, but for me it means " my cup of coffee and it should be very strong one).
I used a pre- made wooden tag. covered with MME paper, inked around and then I used (my very first time for this chipboard set) this delicious Tando cup. I stamped over the white chipboard, added some white embossing powder over the bottom part of the chipboard. Then I added liquid applique brown paint over heat embossed copper one and some pearl paint over the steams. And is it was not too many mediums used (ha- ha- ha), I covered the stamped cup with glossy accents.
Simple and lovely tag made with one fantastic Tando chipboard.

Looking at Tags...
Hello everyone, this weeks focus on the blog is tags. They are such a great starting point for a page, card, mini book, gift and can be that bit of inspiration that you need to complete a larger project.
I cut my tag shape out of some sticky canvas and backed it with cardstock. I then used the beautiful Tangled Yarn mask by Neil Walker. I scrapped texture paste through it using a palette knife, let it dry and then spritzed the tag with glimmer mist, and adding some stamping around the edge. I created a floral cluster with a home made lace flower and some vintage buttons at the bottom of the tag. Next I embossed some of the Tando butterflies using the swiss dots folder in my cuttlebug, and use a make up sponge to add the pink and orange ink over the top to bring out the dots, a little bit of ribbon and my tag is ready.

Jewelry - Bookplate Pendant
Hi Tando fans! Dana here today sharing a pendant for the Jewelry theme this week. I started this piece with a Mini Bookplate. The finish on my pendant is a mix of glue, glitter, mist and alcohol inks. To achieve a similar finish for one of your projects, cover the chipboard with glue, add glitter, mist and alcohol ink, and let dry. The swirl design happens when the wet mediums interact!
I used one of my favorite stamps and some Distress Markers to color the image for the center of the pendant, which I sealed with Glossy Accents. Once my piece was dry I added it to a simple chain. One of the fantastic features of the bookplates are that they come with holes on both sides, so I didn't have to punch my own!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Tando Earrings
Instead of using specific ~{Jewellery Elements}~ to showcase the Jewellery today I wanted to be different so I made 2 pairs of earrings using other pieces of chipboard:
For this first set, I took the small flowers from the ~{Flower Head Flourishes Small}~ pack and painted them with silver acrylic paint. I then connected them to some earring hooks and beads with spacers below.
For the second pair I took the wings from the ~{Steampunk Wings and Cog}~ set and painted them with my fave Mermaid Fresco Paint, then added a dab of green paint and a covering of Glossy Accents. Once that was dry I added them to some earring hooks and spacer beads.

Town and Country - Orlando
Hello everyone,
For the Town and Country theme this week I created a page using the houses grab bag and teamed it up with a photo of our villa from our holiday in Florida last year. I chose some of the Amy Tangerine Yes Please papers too as one of them is full of house prints. The papers have watercolour drips on them so I took this as my inspiration for decorating the chipboard houses (here is the link if you would like to see my paper inspiration).
I started by covering the chipboard in gesso and letting it dry. I then dug out my watercolour paints and mixed some co-ordinating colours - a bright pinky red, a deep blue and yellow. I used a large paintbrush and filled it with each colour so it would drip really easily onto the gesso. As you can see from the close up some of the drips merged and you get greeny colours too - I also sometimes dried the colours between layers too so the colours wouldn't mix. The last thing was to ink around the edges with some tea dye distress ink.

My town in a box or Celbrate your new Home
Hello, my dear crafty friends!
Irit is here again for our Town week and this time a have a story to tell.
We live in a big 7 bedrooms home for last 18 years. Great home to raise your 4 kids. But then kids are already grown- ups and on their own and there were just 2 of us and a fatty cat. So about a year and a half we decided to move to a flat. Apartment. 4 bed rooms (2 for my craft addiction). So we bought this apartment and we are still waiting as this a big pretty new house and it takes ages to finish the construction. Lately we sold our house (finally) and were told that our new place will be ready in 3-4 month. So this project is a small recycled gift to myself and my DH. I am going to put the new key inside and to give n it to him when time comes and as I do all interior design it's like my new baby I will present to him and to our cat... (lol)
So this is my totally altered candy box (the bottom is even not altered), I used the cardboard inside to make this small town with Tando chipboards. I used stencil to make the bricks, heat embossed the walls and the roofs, made a moon/sun from the inside part of Tando Flowers chippboard and heat embossed with yellow powder. The title was made from Tando letters and heat embossed with black powder. The mini key (so adorable) heat embossed with Copper and the background paper is MME.
The box was covered inside with washi tapes and sticky lace on outside. The same washi and lace were added over the acetate cover, with a piece of cut out paper and Let's celebrate today die cut. The paper was heat embossed with yellow powder and the die covered with glaze for the shiny look.
I think it's a lovely recycled project made with great products and I will keep it for a few month to add a real key inside.

Home Sweet Home!
Hellooo! If you are interested in house related projects then Tando Creative may be the place for you! We have a big selection of house, some 3D, some flat along with churches, fences, trees, gates, lamposts...right on to mini telephone boxes and kits :D We are playing with TOWN/COUNTRY pieces this week and I decided to go with a Home Sweet Home set. There are actually 2 different ones and I have mixed them up a bit....the base from one and the words from the other.
I have mounted the large house onto a painted canvas. The roof & heart have been 'stippled' with dimensional paste and then dabbed with paint. The flowers are stamped from JOFY 10 & 11 sets. The words have been painted and crackle accents applied. I added a mini butterfly to bring it all together. Here are the products in their nekkidness haha!
Please keep popping back to see what loveliness the other DT members have created! HUGS, Karen x

Time for everything: proverb week
Hello, my dear Tando friends! Irit is here again and this is our Proverb week.
This week here on Tando I want to showcase you my best and my most awful year: 2011.And this distress look is so perfect for my " distressed mood" and the Bible stamped quote here is so much fit for this page. This is a time for everything in our life and mostly to be born and to die.
My very first grandson Omer was born on 1/1/11 and then, almost a year after, my beloved Dad past away. This scrapbooking page is all about it: one year, time they spent together.
I used Tando Clock mask with embossing ink and black embossing powder and Tando clock arms to make this one year clock behind my photos. I also used Tando chipboard letters Time on this page and you need to read my journaling to understand all my feelings on this page.
Hope the next years will be better!
See you next time on Tando blog with more cheerful inspiration!

Friends Arch
I made this arch for our quote theme this week:
I've painted the base of the ~{Wavy Gothic Arch}~ with a combination of Fresco and Eco Friendly paints and used the ~{Distorted Hive Mask}~ and ~{Sequin Waste Mask}~ to add details.
I painted a ~{Small Flourish 9}~ and some of the ~{Tando Mini Hearts}~ then added some details by smudging some contrasting paint with my finger and some of the sequin waste. The solid hearts had glossy accents then when everything was finished I added some white dots.
I've used stamps to create a focal point on the arch.

Proverbs, Sayings and Quotes - ATC Set
Hi Tando fans! Dana here today sharing a set of ATCs for the Proverbs, Sayings and Quotes theme this week. I chose to use some love proverbs and and set of my favorite stamps for this series of cards. I love the strength of the Tando ATCs! I applied several layers of mediums and plenty of heat to these cards and they didn't peel or warp.
I chose hearts from the Grab Bag of Hearts and the Buttons Grab Bag and colored them with bright red ink for a pop of color.
Thanks for stopping by today!
