Grey and black with Irit

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to our Grey and Black week here on Tando!
 Irit is here again.
Here is my project- kind of a weird one as I made a Halloween card with Best friends sentiment. But then they look so good together, those 2 spiders, don't they?

I used Tando Spider web mask with black gesso over the glittered dotted white cardstock and then added some mist over it to make it grey. (Teal pigment was in this grey mist, so you see a bit of teal too). Both spiders were heat embossed with black powder and glued over the masked image. Then I was looking for a sentiment and this one was just great! Funny and in the right colors.

Black and Grey - ATC with Dana

Hi Tando fans! Dana here today sharing an ATC for the Black and Grey theme this week. I covered an Artist Trading Card with several layers of chalkboard paint and then added the dot pattern using the Dotted Star Mask. I added a Mini Flower, that I colored with markers and glaze, to the lower corner to help balance the embossed sentiment.

GREY AND BLACK WEEK

Today marks the start of our GREY & BLACK WEEK, which is a colour combo that can look stunning.   But I just had to add a bit of colour :-)  Where is the Tando I hear you ask?  I used the new *GRID ROUND MASK* and some grey ink for the background.  This mask is like a large sequin waste and incredibly handy to have in your stash!  The elephant is grey of course, although I haven't coloured him in.

I die-cut a square from the dotty paper and mounted it onto black card then had to add a party hat to the elephant.  Yes, elephants do love a get together and it must be very moving to witness it...

Encaustic Wax ATC with Dana

Hi Tando fans! Dana here today wrapping up ATC week. I've recently been experimenting with encaustic wax and am working on creating pieces with a completely smooth surface. As you can see I have a ways to go, but I'm having a blast trying! I covered a Artist Trading Card with a layer of black wax and then used the Poppy Mask as a guide to add this bold flower in colored wax.

I finished the edges of the card with a gold paint pen and added a fun sticker sentiment.

ATC WEEK with Irit

 Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to our ATC WEEK.
  Irit is here and I am going to show you small things filled with a lot of Tando love!

I really like to make  those small art cards and was very happy to make some for this week.
 First I used 3 different Tando masks to make the texture: sorry that after all it's not much seen , but each piece is half covered with mask image with texture paste.
As you can see I made those card stamped and misted and then added some Tando chipboard pieces: the birds are also stamped and those leaves background looks great as the feathers.
