Tag It - Fabric Tag

Hi everyone, Caroline here with this weeks theme of Tag It!

I decided to make a canvas tag.  Firstly I sprayed randomly with mist sprays and then used a couple of masks to add to the background.

I used the Tando Sequin Waste mask and the Andy Skinner Baroque mask with ink to add the spots and part of the Baroque pattern in the top right corner.

The spotted heart was backed with some hessian and sewn onto the tag and I added beads, French Knots and brads and I backed the whole canvas with felt, before then finishing off with ribbon.

Tag it with Irit

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to Tando tag it week! Irit is here again with some Mixed Media inspiration.
I love tags! I really think that this is most artistic crafting without being messy, Mixed Media full of gesso over your hands. So this is  such a project: stamped, water colored, inked, die cut , heat embossed and still clean and maybe even simple. Or not...

I made the background tag with corrugated board and the second tag was all resist stamped with Rubber Dance stamps. Some of the stamps were heat embossed with white powder and some with black and then I covered the whole stamped piece with a mix of distress inks and Gelatos.

I added black brick background die cut and heat embossed Tando bookplate chipboard with glitter blue powder.
The stamped sentiment inside was stamped on vellum.
Another heat embossed  music notes chipboard was added over the bookplate and wit some red paint
" blood" drops, two star brads and some ribbons this tag was finished.

Black and Purple - Decorated Box

Hi everyone!
Caroline here with this week's theme of Black and Purple.  I seem to have quite a collection of plain white gift boxes so I decorated one of those!

I used the Random Circles mask together with Viva Decor 3d Glitter Gel to create this raised effect on the box and lid.  So quick and easy to do.

Random Circles

Just apply the gel over the mask and lift away.  Leave to dry, preferably overnight.

I decorated the inside of the box with a little bit of wadding and some black felt.  Place the gift inside and tie with ribbon! :)

Black and Purple card.

On ~{Tando-Creative}~ this week, we're having another colour combination and this time it's black and purple.

I've used the new ~{Letters Mask}~ and sprayed ink through it after masking the outer parts of the card blank. I splatted ink and watery black paint onto the card blank.

I painted one of the  ~{Scallop Nested Circles}~ black and when it was dry, covered it with Glossy Accents.

I finished off with a watercoloured stamped image stuck in place under the frame and a greeting stamp.

Black and Purple week with Irit

Hello my dear crafty friends! Irit is here again and this time I am going to show you my second in row jewelry project made for Tando Black and (some other colour) week.
This is our Black with Purple week and I decided to skip the Halloween colours and to make another piece of gorgeous Tando  jewelry with Ann Butler 's Unity Faux Quilting stamps, some inks and a lot of embossing powders and paints.
Her is a final result!

This a totally wearable piece of art- I added some  glaze over the back of this piece to make it waterproof and I am on my way to make more of those beauties for the next colour weeks.
See you soon again!
