Hi, Caro is here. Today it's my turn to show something in pink. I have decided to make an ATC with the little Flower Row (75 mm). The background is made with Distress Inks and the flowers are colored with Distress Markers.

Pretty In Pink by Kaz
It's my turn today to make something pink and I have used a mask and some Minis to make this birthday card:
I inked the circle of the ~{Dotted Star Mask}~ then mixed some texture paste with acrylic paint and scraped that through the dotted star - I'd masked off the circle so it didn't go everywhere.
I then used the following chipboard:
~{Mini Butterflies}~
~{Mini Flowers}~, and
~{Mini Leaves 1}~ and painted them with Fresco paints. I then stamped onto the butterfly.
I've finished them off with some spacer beads and a greeting.

Pink for a little girl!
Hello its Karen here today with my 'Pretty in Pink' piece. I have done a simple card using a pretty cat stamp by Roc Nicholas and added a little Tando butterfly from our Butterfly Mini Range.
I placed a peel-off greeting onto the card then swiped across with Distress Ink in Spun Sugar (a la Kaz I know but I needed the cat to stand out!) and pulled the peel-off off again. The stamp has been coloured with copics and glitter added to the flowers & ears. I also added Glossy accents to the nose and then gems to the flowers. The eyes are wobbly eyes but I think one is stuck hahahaa!!!!!!! The butterfly has been painted & glittered.
Thank you for looking today, Take care, Karen xxx

Inspiring: Pink week
Hello my dear crafty friends! Irit is here and today I am going to show you my new Pink projects.
Actually it's pink and black as I made all my inside stamping with black ink, but it's sure Pink (vintage kind of this colour).
I used Tando Creative Rectangular Panel Frame with Bo Bunny papers and some pre made embellishments and a lot of 100 Proof Press stamps , stamped over the background paper.
I added Inspiring title and this piece is sure inspiring to think all old and vintage and childhood things.
The frame was painted with Ranger crackled paint and I also added a few blings around, but kept it pretty clean after all.

Pretty in Pink Mini Album
Hi Tando fans! Dana here today sharing a mini album for the Pretty in Pink theme this week. I had a lot of fun creating this little scene with a Small Wrought Iron Gate, and heart from the Buttons Grab Bag and a couple of Mini Butterflies.
I added a light coat of paint to the gate and colored the heart and butterflies with Gelatos and watercolor pencils.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Hello Frame Card
I'm glad we are having regular 'Anything Goes' weeks here as they are perfect for me. I often make things using Tando bits that don't fit in with our themes. This is one such card:
I was playing with a few bits a couple of weeks ago for a theme of faux metal, and one thing I did was use this frame from the ~{Scalloped Nested Circles Pack}~.
I ran it through the Cuttlebug in an embossing folder first, then painted it with Bronze acrylic paint. Then I added some blue patina acrylic paint and finally some Bora Bora Fresco paint with my finger. I just kept adding bits of all three paints until I had the right look to it.
I inked through the centre circle of the ~{Dotted Star Mask}~ and stamped this cute man in the middle. I then added clean water to his face and, after a little bit, I dabbed it with a paper towel to make his face white rather than the yellow ink.
I finished off with some alphabet stamps.

And now to meet our fabulous new Design Team members
We had an amazing response to our Design Team Call, it took a team of 4 of us to study the entries and it was incredibly difficult to decide....I really wish we had more than 2 spaces.
Anyway on to our two super new ladies who will be showcasing their fantastic projects over the coming months.
First, I would like you to meet Roc Nicholas:
I am basically a self taught artist. I am an instructor, writer and
rubber stamp designer. I
am currently a design team member for Stampotique. I am an intermediate
Copic certified designer. I have been published in magazines and have been a
contributor to a book. I love to journal, doodle, use rubber stamps,
incorporate recyclable objects in my art and have a lot of laughs in the
process.
You can find Roc's blog HERE.
And now a sample of some of Roc's amazing work:
And now to meet......Corinne Rollet
My
name is Corinne. I am 47 years old and I live with my family in a
small town near Rennes (France). In the crafting world, I am known as
"Coco" or sometimes “Coconut” as I have sometimes my
head in the clouds..
I am a self-made French artist that really LOVES learning and experimenting new techniques and products all the time! Maybe you can see a link with my job… I am an engineer working part time in a European research lab, so searching and sharing my experiences on my blog is just completely obvious for me.

Maybe you can see a link with my job… I am an engineer working part time in a European research lab, so searching and sharing my experiences on my blog is just completely obvious for me.
In
addition, creating and making a little bit of art every day and
interacting with other artists on blogland has really helped me grow
and keep growing in making artistic stuff, but also recalls me that I
still have a lot to learn!
In
the past I did not believe that I could do anything creative,
although I had a dreamy temperament and a lot of imagination… But
when I discovered scrapbooking in 2009 (acting as a therapy
first, following a huge sorrow for me as I lost a young girl of
cancer…) it was a revelation for me - I could create beautiful
things without drawing, and that makes sense for me. Since then I
never stopped… and now, it is much more than therapy only, it has
become a huge passion and even my raison d’être!
I
love to create cards, layouts, mini-books, altered art, art
journaling pages and Tags and ATCs. About
my style, I don’t think I have a particular style, but my projects
are most often very coloured and full of details... However what I
love above all is creativity and beauty, so anything gorgeous and
well done can looks perfect in my eyes, even if it is in a very clean
style. But as far as I am concerned I can spend hours on some tiny
details sometimes and progress as fast as a snail!
Fortunately as long as I have inks and paints
under my fingers and nails, I don’t see the time go by, I just
create with a joyful abandon and all things are going well...
Some
of you may already well know me as I am used to participate
overseas to many inspirful challenges I love. I had the great honour
to be Guest DT in February 2013 on one of my favorite’s challenge
blogs: Stampotique Designers.
But
today, this is my first true engagement in a very talented design
team, and I am very thrilled to start this journey with Tando
Creative. I LOVE Tando’s products so much… They offer many
different ways of integrating them beautifully and creatively in any
project!! Hope you will like what I will show you with them, as I
feel me ready for that new chapter of my artistic life, and will try
to do my best for Tando. Now I look forward to the challenges and the
additional inspiration it brings!
Most
of my work can be seen on my
blog. Would be very happy about your visit, and do not hesitate
to contact me if you have any questions
And a selection of Coco's stunning work:

Free For All - Batty ATC
Hi Tando Creative fans! Dana here today sharing a fun artist trading card for the Free For All theme this week. I've been reading poetry to my girls and was inspired by a Shel Silverstein poem:
“The baby bat
Screamed out in fright,
'Turn on the dark,
I'm afraid of the light.”
Screamed out in fright,
'Turn on the dark,
I'm afraid of the light.”
I had a lot of fun creating this card and was so happy to use this little bat from the Mixed Halloween Grab Bag for something other than a Halloween craft! I covered the bat with a thick coat of black embossing powder and added some red pearls for the eyes. I colored the small lantern with mist and added some glaze for a glossy finish.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Large Chinese Fan
Hello, its Karen here! Once a month we are now going to have a 'Free For All' week where we can showcase anything Tando that we may have done that doesn't fit into any particular theme. Its a brilliant way to show you what we may have done for other DT's or just for the sake of it :D
I was demonstrating at the Craft Barn Extravaganza a couple of weeks ago using the NEW RELEASES and so I shall be showcasing them here. First up is the LARGE FAN. This one measures 31cm x 21cm so a decent size for some wall art. Its layered so you can add all sorts of ephemera if you choose. I went for the obvious Chinese theme for this haha...
I used red acrylic paint on the background and then a crackle stamp in black.
Please note...the segments in the fan are all slightly different so use the upper section as a template if you are going to add paper/card sections as I did.
The stamp for 4 of the segments is by Lynn Perella at PaperArtsy. This has been stamped onto red painted card them clear embossed. The top section has been painted black and A applied. I made a tassel and attached a Chinese coin with a brad. Here it is naked...
As you see it comes complete with the 'waste'...I am still thinking about how to use those :D There is also another Fan Pack containing a small and a medium fan.

An exploding box for my Dad
So here is my unassuming box ready for Fathers Day....and then on the inside...
Are lots of cameras, some cut from the BoBunny papers which perfectly compliment the lovely Tando camera chippies. I coloured in my cameras with pro-markers and then added a layer of glossy accents and on the central one I used some alpha stickers too, and of course added a little chocolately treat for my Dad.
So to all those Dads out there a massive Happy Fathers Day from all of us at Tando.

When you are a King: Masculine week
Hello my dear crafty friends!
Irit is her again and this is my project for our masculine week.
Making manly projects is totally hard: not to much products to use and not so many colours to pick from.
So this time I decided to go for a useful project: a real key chain that any man can use.
I used a big Tando Creative Large Cog and stamped over the backside with 100 Proof Press Old Script stamp and added some distress ink.
The front chipboard piece was covered with 3-4 layers of 2-3 embossing powders.
Then I added 3 arrows from the Arrows Grab Bag covered with another embossing powder.
The small cog was covered in the same way: King of Cloves stamp on the back and a lot of embossing powders on the front.
As a final touch I added the same King stamp and this well known song lyrics : when you are a King...
And those are the chipboards I used here:
See you next week with more Tando inspiration!

Masked cards
I don't think it's any surprise to anyone when I say I LOVE masks! I love them so much I asked Di if I could give her a few designs to cut and she said yes!!!! Very selfishly, I have drawn a few masks that I would like to use and this is the first one that has been released, ~{Dotted Star Mask}~. I made a couple of cards:
For this one I inked the centre circle and then the dotted star, masking off the bits I didn't want. I've painted 3 hearts from the ~{Mini Hearts}~ pack with Paperartsy Fresco Paint, then added Glossy Accents to then and finished off with a greeting stamp.
This final one was a very quick card (and we all know I love those too). I've inked through one of the corners, wiped the mask before flipping it over to ink it again, making a base for the creatures to sit on. I've watercoloured them and added a greeting.

Masks Week - Leaves
Hi Tando fans! Dana here today sharing an ATC that I created for the Masks theme this week. In addition to the fabulous chipboard, Tando also has a wonderful selection of masks/stencils made from durable, washable plastic! I used the beautiful Leaves Mask for the background of this card along with my favorite base, a Tando Artist Trading Card and a vintage book page. If you're serious about ATCs, I highly recommend the Tando ATCs for their strength and durability. You can really pile on the wet mediums and embellishments without having to worry about the card falling apart.
I colored a piece from the Tall Leaves Set with ink and then added a coat of glaze for a glossy finish. I've been wanting to use this sassy frog stamp for some time now and I think he looks right at home with all the leaves! The fun quote is from Toni Braxton. =)
Thanks for stopping by today!

One day in May: masks
Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to our Mask week!
As you all know Tando Creative produce a LOT! of the most gorgeous masks and you just need them all! Believe me, you do!
So here is my my scrapbooking page made with some of those masks.
This is my dear and only (for now) grandson Omer and I made this pretty " clean and simple" lo with his 2 photos, but it's still kind of Mixed Media page as I used masks, gesso, mists and paints all over this page.
Two of Tando masks were used here: Have you Say Andy Skinner mask Harlequin and ones.
And here is the first one And the second
As your can see both were used with white gesso and then I misted the dry gesso a bit over it and we still can see the texture of those gorgeous masks.
Now it's your turn: go the the shop, find a retailer as the shop here is a wholesale and pick some great masks you can use over and over on your projects!
